STERIGENT

STERIGENT is a ready-to-use quaternary-based cleaner/sanitizer formulated for maximum convenience for use on food and non-food contact surfaces. STERIGENT is mostly recommended for fruit and vegetable washing. Water rinse preferred. It can also be used for use in dairy, seafood, meat and poultry processing facilities. Independent test data shows STERIGENT to reduce 99.99% of bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella choleraesuis, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Toxoplasmosis. STERIGENT is highly concentrated for maximum economy and convenience.

AGRICULTURAL USES: 
Fruit and Vegetable Washing: Thoroughly mix 75 cc of this product in 4 liters of water to make a sanitizing solution. Thoroughly clean all fruits and vegetables in a wash tank. After draining the tank, submerge fruit or vegetables for 2 minutes in a second wash tank containing potable water to rinse. 


SANITATION OF NONPOROUS NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES: 
Rinse Method: Prepare a sanitizing solution by thoroughly mixing 150 cc. of this product with 4 liters of water. Clean equipment surfaces in the normal manner. Prior to use, rinse all surfaces thoroughly with the sanitizing solution, maintaining contact with the sanitizer for at least 2 minutes. Do not rinse equipment with water after treatment and do not soak equipment overnight. 

Immersion Method: Prepare a sanitizing solution by thoroughly mixing, in an immersion tank, 150 cc. of this product with 4 liters of water. Clean equipment in the normal manner. Prior to use, immerse equipment in the sanitizing solution for at least 2 minutes and allow the sanitizer to drain. Do not rinse equipment with water after treatment.

STERIGENT is packaged in one liter PET plastic bottle: (12 x 500 ml per case), (12 x 1 liter per case) and in Gallons (4 x 1 gallon).

Spartan's modern manufacturing and laboratory control insure uniform quality. If dissatisfied with performance of product, any unused portion may be returned for credit within one year of the date of manufacture.
